Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to arrive on time will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the scheduled service only. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or need to be rescheduled, depending on availability. • Unit drop-offs and mail-in services are subject to the same cancellation window. • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
